• Security — Cookies help us detect fraudulent activity and protect your account from unauthorised access. Our session cookies are marked Secure (HTTPS-only) and SameSite=Lax to prevent cross-site request forgery.
• Preferences — We may use cookies (or equivalent local storage) to remember choices you make on the site, such as cookie-consent preferences.
You can prevent the setting of cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser (see your browser's Help section for how to do this). Be aware that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this and many other websites you visit.
Disabling cookies will usually result in the inability to log in to an admin or candidate account, since authentication relies on session cookies.

cand_sessionEssential — AuthenticationSet when a job candidate logs in to their profile. This HTTP-only cookie stores a session identifier so the server can authenticate subsequent requests. It expires after 7 days or when the candidate logs out.
cookie_consentEssential — PreferencesRecords whether you have accepted or dismissed the cookie consent notice, so we don't show it again on subsequent visits. This cookie is stored in your browser's local storage and persists until cleared manually.
In certain cases, we use cookies provided by trusted third parties. The following third-party cookies you might encounter through this site:
• Supabase — Our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase) may set cookies related to the authentication and database sessions. These are strictly necessary for the operation of user accounts.
• Cloudflare — If our content delivery or file upload service uses Cloudflare infrastructure, it may place a functional cookie (__cf_bm) for bot-management purposes. This does not track you across sites.
We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or behavioural-targeting cookies of any kind. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your cookie data to third parties for marketing purposes.
